What’s covered?
Fracture Cover benefit provides valuable protection against fractured bone, dislocated joint, ruptured Achilles tendon or teared ligament. You are eligible for the cover if you:
- Fracture a bone
- Dislocate a joint
- Rupture Achilles tendon
- Tear a ligament
Trustedoctor portal
You will be given access to your own customer portal following your initial registration. Within this portal you will have access to a range of services including details of the benefits available and how to access them and additional support tools. You can access the customer portal via www.
Making a claim
To make a claim you will need to register for the Trustedoctor portal. You can claim at any time within the policy term. All claims are managed by Trustedoctor.
Assessing your claim
You will be asked for copies of medical evidence from a doctor or surgeon confirming full details of the fracture or injury. We will also send you a claim form to complete and return to us.

Trustedoctor will help you to navigate your customer portal and assist you throughout the process.
