As part of your Nationale Nederlanden Life or Critical Insurance + Policy
"Dbamy bez granic" is an additional benefit offered by Nationale-Nederlanden Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. to the life insurance "Ochrona Jutra", "Sposób na przyszłość" and "Ochrona+". The insurance allows you to receive treatment in medical facilities around the world if you are diagnosed with cancer, cardiovascular disease, a disease requiring an organ transplant from a living donor or a condition requiring a neurosurgical procedure. If you are eligible for the benefit, we will organise and fund the cost of treatment abroad, as well as provide transport and accommodation for you in the country of treatment, cover the cost of an interpreter and reimburse the cost of further outpatient treatment. You'll also get access to virtual consultations with specialists to make sure your diagnosis or suspected illness is correct. We' ll also provide you with a patient navigation service to support you in your fight against illness in the most comprehensive way possible.

If you are undergoing a medical procedure for diagnostic purposes or, haven been diagnosed with a condition covered by the benefit, and provide us with: a referral to a specialist and/or other medical document* indicating the need for an examination for the presence of a covered condition, you will be entitled to up to two virtual consultations per year for each medical specialty with selected specialists both national and international*.

Once you have been diagnosed with a covered condition and have provided medical documentation confirming the diagnosis or including a recommendation for a covered surgical procedure, you will be entitled to 2 virtual consultations with a Patient Navigator for each medical specialty. You will also receive a report including guidance in the following areas:

In the event of receiving a diagnosis of one of medical conditions or a recommendation for a medical procedure covered by the benefit, we will arrange treatment for you at one of foreign facilities. You will be given access to your own customer product dashboard following your initial registration. Within this product dashboard you will have access to a range of services including details of the benefits available and how to access them and additional support tools. You can access the customer portal via www.
To make an inquiry or request for a service, you need to register to the Trustedoctor portal. Each service in the product panel has the steps described to submit an inquiry or request online. You can claim at any time within the policy term.
